You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unwanted items.
2. Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please include the original packaging, including boxes and protective covers, if applicable.
3. Proof of Purchase
Please include a receipt or order confirmation with your return to facilitate the processing of your refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the return.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
7. Exclusions
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings.
- Personalized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
8. Return Process

- Select the order containing the items you wish to return and click 'Request Return.'
- Follow the instructions to receive a return authorization and shipping label, if applicable.
- Pack the item securely, including the return authorization form inside the package.
